  • 11/17/2017 – Teacher on Duty – Ms. Clayton.
  • 11/20/2017-11/24/2017 – Thanksgiving Break – Students are dismissed.
  • 12/06/2017 – All Students need to be at 100% of their ACCESS classes.
  • All Seniors - Scholarship applications are now available online for Elks Scholarships.  There are several scholarships available and all you need to do is go to elks.org website, click on Elks National Foundation at the top, select Scholarships and then you will see two different applications.
  • All FTI Students - If you’re having difficulties with your college class, please ask for assistance early rather than later. If you need assistance finding the WSCC tutors go to JBC 8th floor or see Mrs. Johnson in JBC 605.  For Trio students tutoring is located on the JBC 9th floor. 
  • Cold Springs High School - 2017-2018 yearbooks are on sale for $40 until December 15th.  After December 15th the price will go up.
  • Cold Springs Seniors - WorkKeys test will be held on Tuesday, December 5th and Thursday, December 7th. The students need to call Mrs. Willoughby after tomorrow to find out which day.
  • Cold Springs Seniors - Seniors be sure you follow the senior FB page and Instagram.  There will be announcements and important information posted throughout the year.
  • Fairview High School Seniors – WorkKeys test will be held on December 6 and 7, this is a mandatory test for Seniors.  If you are taking finals please make sure to let your high school know. 
  • Fairview High School - The yearbook pre-sale sale is going on now through Friday, Dec. 1st. The cost is 60.00. You may reserve a copy for $35.00. The price will be $70.00 after the pre-sale.
  • Good Hope Seniors - WorkKeys test will be held on December 5 at 7:45, this is a mandatory test for Seniors.  If you are taking finals please make sure to let your high school know. 
  • Good Hope Seniors – Please check your high school website daily at ghh.ccboe.org, click Announcements, then click Daily Announcements.
  • Hanceville High Seniors - WorkKeys test will be held on December 5 and 6, this is a mandatory test for Seniors.  If you are taking finals please make sure to let your high school know. 
  • Hanceville Seniors – Senior Fees are due now, which includes the cost of the cap & gown, diploma printing & cover, & the yearbook.  Seniors make sure to check on past debts, they need to be paid before the end of the year. 
  • Holly Pond Seniors -  WorkKeys test will be held on January 9th, 11th and 12th.  Seniors will be scheduled an allotted time and will be sent out through Remind. 
  • Holly Pond High School - Holly​ ​Pond​ ​Bronco​ ​long​ ​sleeve​ ​t-shirts​ ​and​ ​sweatshirts​ ​are​ ​now​ ​on​ ​sale. See​ ​any​ ​girl’s​ ​basketball​ ​player​ ​to​ ​order​ ​one.​ ​ ​We​ ​also​ ​have​ ​order​ ​forms​ ​in the​ ​office.

  • Vinemont Seniors - WorkKeys test will be held on December 5th, this is a mandatory test for Seniors.  If you are taking finals please make sure to let your high school know. 
  • West Point Seniors - WorkKeys test will be held on December 5th and make-up will be December 8th, this is a mandatory test for Seniors.  If you are taking finals please make sure to let your high school know. 
  • West Point Seniors - By November, you should already be working on & finishing up university admission & scholarship applications. After you have applied, be sure to order your transcript through your Parchment account.
  • West Point Seniors - Senior dues should be paid in November.  Dues are $20.  See Mr. Lynn (@WPHS) to take care of this item.
