  • 2/22/2019 – Teacher on Duty – Mrs. Harris
  • 02/20/2019 – All Juniors – ACT test will be given at your high school.
  • 03/05/2019 – 50% checkpoint                                                                  
  • All Seniors – Please see Dr. Hogeland if you are interested in applying for scholarships. 
  • Cold Springs High – Yearbooks are on sale.  You can order online at yearbookforever.com or fill out an order form in the school office.
  • Cold Springs High - Prom tickets are now on sale for $30 per person.  Prom letters are available in Mrs. Doss's room.  You may pick them up before school, have someone get a form for you or pick up after school between 3:00 and 3:30.  All dresses must be approved and letters turned in for prom tickets to be purchased.  The deadline is February 18th.
  • Fairview High – Please check your high school email or school website for any announcements at this time.
  • Good Hope Juniors - The ACT will be given on February 20th. All students need to be at Good Hope by 8:45
  • Good Hope Seniors - Seniors should order prom tickets by February 20 to guarantee they will receive prom favors and by March 8 with no guarantee of receiving prom favors. Seniors should complete the Google Form that was sent to their emails to order. Seniors can pay for tickets online through PayPAMS or pay Coach Aby.
  • Good Hope Seniors - Seniors that have received scholarships need to email Dr. Hood a picture, the name of the scholarship, and school name so that you can be added to the “Scholarship Wall” in the hall.
  • Good Hope High – Yearbooks are on sale now for $45.  See Mrs. Pugh to order.
  • Hanceville Seniors - Senior yearbook ads & senior baby pictures are due to Mrs. Cone by March 1st.
  • Hanceville High - Students who missed ordering from Balfour can still order invitations, class rings, etc., online or by phone (205.733.1060).  Product information can be found in the HHS office or at www.balfour.com.
  • Hanceville High - If you are an artist and would like your work to be spotlighted in the yearbook, please send samples of your work to Mrs. Cone (rcone@ccboe.org).  The deadline is February 28th.
  • Hanceville Seniors - Money for senior shirts is due March 1st.
  • Hanceville High - Yearbooks can be pre-ordered at a discounted rate of $40 through March 1st. After March 1st, the cost will go up to $45. Senior baby pictures & senior ad money must also be turned in by March 1st. \
  • Holly Pond Juniors - ACT will be tomorrow for juniors. Rooms 1, 2, 3, and 4 will be used. Room assignments are posted in Mrs. Thompson’s room.  You will need to report to the gym lobby that morning as soon as you arrive.  Please be on time.
  • Holly Pond High -   The prom will be March 23rd. Tickets are on sale.
  • Holly Pond High - Yearbooks are on sale. They are $50.00. See Mrs. Laney to purchase one.
  • Vinemont High – Prom tickets are on sale now for $50. See Ms. Carmack to purchase. If you pay the full ticket price by March 29th, you will receive a free t-shirt.
  • West Point High - Keep track of guidance items by visiting the WPH Guidance website at westpointhigh.com .  Scholarship announcements, dates, and deadlines can be tracked using the Guidance Calendar at https://sites.google.com/a/ccboe.org/wph-guidance/calendar .
