  • 04/19/2019 – Teacher on Duty – Mr. House
  • 04/24/2019 – All Juniors need to report to their high school to take the ACT test. 
  • 04/30/2019 – 100% checkpoint    
  • 05/07/2019 – Fast Track graduation ceremony at Student Center, Betty Leeth Haynes Theatre – 5:00 pm reception and 6:00 pm ceremony.
  • 05/10/2019 – WSCC graduation if you are planning to walk please see Mrs. Howze or Mrs. Johnson.                                                                                       
  • All Seniors – Please see Dr. Hogeland if you are interested in applying for scholarships.
  • Cold Springs Seniors - Cold Springs Senior Parent Meeting is Monday, April 29th @ 6:00 in the Jesse George Gym.  This meeting is to go over important dates and information including graduation.
  • Cold Springs Juniors - Any 11th Grade Fast Track or Virtual student needs to schedule a meeting with Mrs. Burgess to review your transcript.  This needs to be done before the last day of school.
  • Cold Springs Seniors - The following has to be turned in by April 18th; will and remember when, pictures for video, individual senior quote for the yearbook and do a tribute to their parents.
  • Cold Springs Seniors - Vote for Who Who's and need to do the Class Profile. Mrs. Doss has the forms in her room or she can email you a copy. Please do this as soon as possible.
  • Cold Springs Seniors - Senior cap and gown pictures will be made on April 30th at 8 a.m.
  • Cold Springs Seniors - The cap & gown is $75. The last day to pay is April 19th. 
  • Cold Springs Seniors - Baby pictures for the senior DVD is due by May 1st.  You can have up to five pictures.  Example (1 baby, 1 senior and 3 in between).
  • Cold Springs High – Yearbooks are on sale.  You can order online at or fill out an order form in the school office.
  • Fairview High – Please check your high school email or school website for any announcements.
  • Good Hope High - TODAY: Club Day Pictures (SGA, LEO, Honor Society, YLL, FCCLA, FFA, Robotics, Inspiress, Pep Club, Scholars Bowl, Math Teams) and some Spring sport pictures (Fishing, Golf, Archery, Soccer, Baseball, Track and Tennis).  We will also do Who's Who for 9-11 (Officers, Class Cuties, Class Beauties and Class Favorites) and Senior Who’s Who. Please wear or bring your club shirts and or jerseys and Who’s Who students need to dress nicely for the pictures
  • Good Hope Seniors - Seniors turn in your community service hours to Mr. Whitlock.
  • Good Hope Seniors - Seniors be sure to turn in any scholarship that you have received. Please update if you receive additional ones. Mrs. Ellis or Mrs. Chappell have the scholarship forms
  • Good Hope Seniors - Seniors who wish to be considered for class poet need to submit a typed original poem to Mrs. Jackson by Friday, April 19.
  • Good Hope High - There's Good Hope in Alabama Festival T-shirts are now on sale for $15.00. See Mrs. Whitlock to order.
  • Hanceville High - The HHS Prom, “A Night to Remember,” is Saturday, May 4th, at 7 PM at Brick Haven (1889 US 278, Cullman, 35057). Tickets are $30 per person/$50 per couple.  Mrs. Cone and Mrs. Lacy have tickets for sale. 
  • Hanceville Seniors - If you have not checked the spelling of your name for your diploma, please see Mrs. Koch as soon as possible.
  • Holly Pond Seniors - Seniors who have not picked up your cap and gown see Mrs. Thompson today.
  • Holly Pond Seniors - Please turn in your community service logs to Ms. Butler by April 26th.
  • Holly Pond Seniors - Cap and Gown pictures will be made April 23rd at 8:15. 
  • Holly Pond Seniors - You need to turn in your community service logs to Ms. Butler by April 26th.
  • Vinemont Seniors – Seniors you can pay for your Cap & Gown in the office. $60. 
  • Vinemont Seniors - Seniors, don't forget to send pictures for the senior slideshow that will be shown after the sunset dinner. More information is in the email that Ms.Carmack sent to you.
  • West Point Seniors – All scholarship letters and community service hour documentation is due to the Guidance Office. 
  • West Point High - Keep track of guidance items by visiting the WPH Guidance website at .  Scholarship announcements, dates, and deadlines can be tracked using the Guidance Calendar at .
